A Manhattan energy magnate claimed to be a CIA and FBI asset, code-named Rambo, in a twisted scheme to pressure his pretty Kazakh employees into being his sexual playthings, according to their lawsuits.

Married TransGas Energy founder Adam Victor, 62, hired 30-something Kazak natives Eve Khatskevich and Nazym Toktassynova in 2013 as administrative assistants.

Victor brought Khatskevich to parties with North Korean diplomats and told her “that he was planning a mission to North Korea under the guise of developing either a cogeneration or coal-to-gas facility,” the suit says.

“He elaborated that the real purpose of the mission was to obtain a certain metal sample that he would then turn over either to the CIA and/or the FBI for analysis,” according to court papers.

The spy talk was mixed with pleas for sex, the girls say. He allegedly said things like “I want to f–k you” and “Come on, show me your nipples.”

When she was traveling with Victor to Vegas on business, Khatskevich says she found his iPhone in the bathroom pointed toward the shower.

She “looked at the video and saw that it depicted her in the shower . . . completely naked as she undressed and showered,” the suit says.

Her roommate, Nazym Toktassynova, claims in her own suit she experienced disturbing behavior from Victor. In summer 2013, “Victor urged her to smoke marijuana” at a party hosted by a co-worker, according to the suit. After a few puffs she felt “woozy” and lay down on a couch.

Victor turned to the co-worker and said, “Do you think she would fight me if I tried to have sex with her? Do you think she would remember?” the suit says.

Victor denied the sexual-harassment claims in an interview with The Post.

In court papers, he says he rescued the Eastern European immigrants from a “Hell’s Kitchen brothel” where they were working as prostitutes — and claims the suits are “extortion” attempts.
