Top model Gigi Hadid has sold her luxury loft following a near-break-in by an obsessed stalker.
Hadid bought the fifth-floor, two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo at 250 Bowery St. for $1.92 million last year.
She loved her designer digs so much that she often took selfies in the apartment, which she posted online to her fans — and hosted parties there with her best pals, including Taylor Swift and Kendall Jenner.
But last June, a stalker got past security and almost broke into her apartment, and she had been stepping up efforts to sell it ever since.
The apartment’s last asking price was $2.45 million.
Douglas Elliman listing broker Fredrik Eklund, a star of Bravo’s “Million Dollar Listing New York,” declined to comment — though he did mention the sale over the weekend (Saturday) on his Instagram account.
Hadid has been a hit at Milan Fashion Week, where she recently strutted down Versace’s catwalk, with her boyfriend Joe Jonas cheering her on from the front row.
Since the break-in, Hadid has been spotted house-hunting, looking for bigger digs — big enough, perhaps, to accommodate Jonas.

Hadid’s former apartment is on the Bowery, which has gone from skid row to luxury condos in the past few years.
The eight-story black-metal-and-glass building was designed by Morris Adjmi and built in 2012. Hadid’s former home comes with an all-white chef’s kitchen decked out with white Carrara marble counters.
There are also wide-plank white oak floors, imported Italian white matte lacquer Lualdi pivot-hinge doors, and floor-to-ceiling windows.
The master suite boasts a large walk in closet — big enough for a designer-wearing clotheshorse — and an ensuite spa-like bathroom with an extra-deep soaking tub. Building amenities include an uber-chic roof deck.
