A veteran Crips gang member has been arrested for killing one man and wounding five others during a wild bar fight in the rapidly gentrifying Prospect Lefferts Garden section of Brooklyn last month, The Post has learned.

Larry Pagett, 35, chief of the Eight-Trey gangsters of Flatbush, got into an argument with Chrispine Phillips at the Buda Lounge on Aug. 28 and blasted him several times on surveillance video, according to court papers.

Pagett, who goes by “Biz” and was out of jail on supervised release at the time, continued to squeeze shots as he cleared a path out of the packed bar while making his escape amid the 3 a.m. chaos.

The violence roiled a section of Flatbush Avenue that has seen the sprouting of new cafes and restaurants in recent months just blocks from Prospect Park.

A source told The Post that Pagett — who has a long and violent criminal history — was arrested by federal agents during a routine probation appointment.

He was remanded in Brooklyn federal court last week, papers state.

In arguing against bail, prosecutors cited Pagett’s blood-spattered gang resume.

“Pagett’s membership in the Eight Trey Crips and commitment to its goals has been well documented,” prosecutors wrote in a Brooklyn federal court filing.

In attempting to frighten a cooperating witness in a prior federal gun case, Pagett deployed his underlings to threaten Nashwad Johnson into shutting his mouth.

At his sentencing, Pagett pointedly mentioned the suspected snitch’s name in open court. “Just five days later, on Sunday, January 4, 2009, Nashwad Johnson was found shot to death in Atlanta, Georgia,” the filing states.

Pagett’s alleged victim in the hookah bar killing had been shot on several prior occasions and had been arrested 10 times since 2010, cops said.

All of those injured during the incident are expected to recover and the bar — which morphs into a nondescript roti shop during daylight hours — is operating as usual.
