Cops have located a young Lower Manhattan girl a day after her biological mother unlawfully picked her up from school and vanished with her.

Jacqueline Hendricks, 39, picked up her daughter, Celine Melanie Hicks, at Castle Middle School, 220 Henry St., at 1 p.m.Tuesday, police said.

Hendricks does not have custody of her daughter, who has lived with her aunt since she was 2.

Police say the aunt, who’s her legal guardian, had recently filed an order of protection against Hendricks, and she was warned to stay away.

The girl’s biological father was with Hendricks when they picked her up from school on Tuesday, but there are no charges pending against him, cops said.

Police located the girl and mother on Thursday afternoon, but it wasn’t immediately clear if she turned herself in.

The mother was sent to Harlem Hospital but it wasn’t immediately clear why.

Little Celine Melanie Hicks has been returned to her aunt.

Charges were pending.
