Investigators released the police sketch above of a suspect who allegedly raped a 19-year-old woman in Canarsie. The victim was walking along Rockaway Parkway near Avenue N at about 12:10 a.m. Sunday when the thug, covering most of his face with a white T-shirt, approached and claimed he had a gun, police said. He ordered her behind a building and raped her, cops said. The victim was treated at Kings County Hospital. Detectives suspect the same assailant later ­attempted to rape another woman in the neighborhood but she managed to escape.The suspect stands about 5-foot-6, weighs 135 pounds and was wearing a white tank top with blue-and-white Hawaiian shorts.

A goon beat and robbed a livery cabby who had just driven him from The Bronx to Flatbush, authorities said. Kedar Harper allegedly flagged down the 51-year-old driver at about 6:10 p.m. last Thursday said and asked to be taken to Argyle Road and Church Avenue, cops said. In Flatbush, Harper passed the hack a $100 bill to pay the fare, but the driver didn’t have enough cash to make change, ­police said. When the cabby stepped into a nearby grocery store to break the bill with a clerk, Harper allegedly followed and repeatedly punched the driver in the face. The thug took back the $100 bill and also swiped an additional $40 from the victim’s pocket, cops said. According to investigators, Harper lives in Flatbush and was already being looked at as a suspect in at least one burglary.

Police have nabbed a suspect in the fatal shooting of a man in Foxhurst early Tuesday. Adonijah Colbourne, 28, was arrested Wednesday on charges of murder, manslaughter and criminal possession of a weapon for allegedly gunning down 22-year-old Rahim Minkins on Rev. James A. Polite Avenue near East 165th Street at about 3:55 a.m., cops said. Authorities say Colbourne pedaled up on a ­bicycle and pumped two rounds into Minkins’ head and a third into his shoulder before pedaling off. A stray bullet struck another man in the groin, and he ducked into a nearby building for cover, police sources said. His injuries were not life-threatening, but Minkins could not be saved. Police said Colbourne has prior busts, for drug and weapons possession, as well as multiple sealed arrests.

A suspect is in custody in the fatal shooting of a Belmont man last October, law-enforcement officials announced Wednesday. John Diaz, 27, faces charges of murder and manslaughter in the Oct. 26 slaying of Jorge Reyes- Romero, cops said. Diaz allegedly opened fire on Reyes-Romero on Crotona Avenue near East 183rd Street at about 12:50 a.m., nailing him multiple times in the torso, police said. First responders rushed Reyes-Romero to St. Barnabas Hospital, but he could not be saved. It was not immediately clear what prompted Diaz, of Parkchester, to open fire.

A teen caught a bullet in the ankle Tuesday night in Morrisania, authorities said. A gunman opened fire on the 16-year-old boy on East 166th Street near Boston Road at 11:45 p.m., striking him once, cops said. The victim was treated at St. Barnabas Hospital. Investigators did not immediately identify a suspect.

A suspect tried to rape a woman after trailing her from a subway train to her Washington Heights apartment building, officials said. The thug spotted the 33-year-old woman aboard the northbound C train in Midtown, took it to her stop and followed her to her building on West 172nd Street at approximately 1 a.m. Saturday, authorities said. The sicko got into the elevator with the victim and exposed himself, police said. He then grabbed arms of the horrified woman and tried to force himself on her, but she managed to ­escape into her apartment, cops said. The bespectacled suspect stands about 5-foot-11 and was wearing a St. Louis Cardinals baseball cap, said law-enforcement authorities.

A 31-year-old man was shot and wounded on a Harlem street corner late Tuesday afternoon, police said. He was hanging out near St. Nicholas Park at the corner of West 128th Street and St. Nicholas Terrace at about 5 p.m. when shots rang out, cops said. One round struck the man in the stomach. He made his way to Harlem Hospital, where he was in stable condition. A detailed physical description of the suspect was not immediately available.
