Photographer and model could be forced out of Soho condo

A celebrity photographer and his Victoria’s Secret-model baby mama owe $100,000 in common charges on their luxury Soho triplex — and now their condo board is angling to foreclose.

Sought-after shutterbug Ken Nahoum and his gorgeous former gal pal Basia Milewicz could now see all 8,200 square feet of their $17 million penthouse at 95 Greene St. go on the auction block, according to court papers.

The Greene House Condominium board first sued Nahoum and Milewicz in 2013 for $40,000 in delinquent fees.

The pair was slapped with a judgment, but it was never paid, and with interest, the charges ballooned, according to the suit.

After a public shaming game — posting photos of the two dressed up as superheroes for Halloween with the words “Why aren’t these ‘caped crusaders’ paying their common charges” — didn’t work, the board sued again.

Nahoum told The Post that he paid off some of the common charges but has withheld the rest because the building blocked him from using the elevator to access his sixth-floor apartment.

But if the board prevails, the four-bedroom pad with 20-foot-high windows could go for as little as $10 million, predicted real-estate legal expert Steven Sladkus.

“There is certainly a possibility that someone could get a phenomenal deal at auction,” said Sladkus, a founding partner at the firm Schwartz, Sladkus, Reich, Greenberg and Atlas.

The starting bid on the property, featured on the Bravo show “Million Dollar Listings,” will likely be a lowly $100,000 — the total cost of the delinquent common charges.

Nahoum hasn’t been able to sell the apartment thanks to yet more litigation. Milewicz owns one of the three apartments and has rejected her ex’s offer to buy her out, meaning he can’t sell off the entire triplex for the $17 million he thinks it’s worth, according to a suit he’s filed against her.

Milewicz did not return messages for comment.
