Michael Jackson’s birthday was on Saturday, and Jay Z decided to mark the occasion by joining Instagram to pay tribute to the late King of Pop. Unfortunately, the single post — a 2001 snap of Jackson and Jay Z at a Hot 97 Summer Jam concert — appears to be Hova’s first and last attempt to conquer the social-networking site, as he deactivated the account on Sunday.
But with an almost instant rush of 100,000 followers, wouldn’t it have been great if he’d followed in wife Beyoncé’s footsteps (Queen Bey clocks in as the second most-popular Instagram user with 44.4 million followers) and documented his family life? Even though it’s not likely to happen anytime soon, here are four things we’d love to see on @Hovsince96 — should he ever decide to come back.
