To ’do or not to ’do: 2015’s biggest celeb hair transformations

Hair today, gone tomorrow — at least that’s the case for some of Hollywood’s hottest stars.

Ditching her chocolate-brown locks for Barbie’s blond mane, Kendall Jenner is just the latest A-lister to switch up her signature style for something more dramatic. And while Jenner’s latest makeover isn’t for keeps — the model’s honey-hued hair is actually a wig — that hasn’t stopped other celebs from taking the plunge.

From Ginnifer Goodwin’s bold bleach job to Mia Wasikowska’s pretty pixie cut, these extreme beauty transformations are this year’s mane event:

Even Snow White needs to switch it up. After kicking off 2015 with her staple dark locks, “Once Upon a Time” star Ginnifer Goodwin debuts a ghostly gray ’do during an appearance at San Diego Comic-Con in July.

A chin-length chop isn’t daring enough for Mia Wasikowska. The Australian beauty reveals a playful pixie while promoting her upcoming flick, “Crimson Peak,” at San Diego Comic-Con in July.

Leave it to Rita Ora to spice up her already playful platinum mane. The singer-turned-actress hit the blue carpet at the Teen Choice Awards on Aug. 16 sporting pale pink streaks to match her red-hot pantsuit.

Is there a “New Girl” in town? After sporting Beyoncé-inspired bangs back in February, TV darling Hannah Simone transforms her whole style with a simple swipe to the right.

Now that she’s grown out her dark locks, Lupita Nyong’o is up for a little experimentation. Between elaborate dreadlock updos and curly bobs, the Oscar winner’s fabulous fashions always mimic her fearless coifs.
