Former Jet Kellen Winslow Jr. wasn’t ready to let his Twitter feud with current Jet Antonio Cromartie die Thursday, even if Cromartie was.
A day after Winslow and Cromartie traded social-media jabs as a result of Cromartie’s earlier dig at Jets cornerback Dee Milliner, Cromartie told reporters that he wasn’t interested in discussing it — at all.
“I’m just here so I won’t get fined,” Cromartie joked, mimicking Marshawn Lynch’s famous Super Bowl retort to the media.
Winslow wouldn’t let it die, though, tweeting more insults Thursday morning to Cromartie about Cromartie’s notorious inability to remember his children’s names in “Hard Knocks” five years ago.
