Vlad’s baby watch is back!
Two months after questions about Russian President Vladimir Putin’s whereabouts fueled rumors of a love child with girlfriend Alina Kabaeva, the noticeably heavier 32-year-old beauty has renewed speculation.
The former Olympic gymnast, who had not been seen for weeks, seemed tired when she appeared in an expansive red dress at a girls’ gymnastics contest in Moscow, Central European News reported.
Surrounded by ogling World War II vets, Kabaeva looked slightly “overweight” and “older,” local media reported — suggesting it was due to a recent pregnancy.
Putin and Kabaeva neither confirmed nor denied the reports.
The Swiss newspaper Blick has reported that Putin’s daughter was born at the posh Santa Anna di Sorgeno clinic on the Italian border.
The Internet also was awash in commentary in March as Kabaeva attended a children’s sporting event in Nizhnekamsk, where she showed her ring finger to TV crews.
Putin has two adult children with his ex-wife, Lyudmila Shkrebneva, and has insisted he has no relationship with the gymnast.
