Two Nevada boxing fans filed a federal class-action lawsuit Tuesday against Manny Pacquiao and accused him of cheating consumers by not disclosing his injured shoulder.
Plaintiffs Stephane Vanel and Kami Rahbaran said millions of dollars were bet on the bout Saturday and shelled out for pay-per-view TV orders — money that might not have been spent if customers knew about Pacquiao’s injury before his loss to Floyd Mayweather.
