Designer Karim Rashid scopes out $3.5M B-burg condo

Karim Rashid — the industrial designer most known for creating iconic home products for brands such as Alessi, Umbra and Artemide, as well as the outlandish facade for East Harlem’s “Diamond Building” condo — is on the hunt for his own space.

The Anglo-Egyptian, Toronto-reared designer, who almost only wears pink and white, scoped out a pricey $3.5 million, 2,105-square-foot unit at the new boutique 201 North 11th St. condo in Williamsburg.

The unit features keyed elevator entry, a chef’s kitchen, gas fireplace, wide-plank walnut flooring and 805 square feet of outdoor space.

The duplex unit has four bedrooms, three balconies and a roof deck with a full outdoor kitchen.

Corcoran’s Christine Blackburn and Lior Barak have the listing.
