Ravens’ Rice has home robbed of $2,000, pair of guns: report

Baltimore Ravens running back, and New Rochelle native, Ray Rice’s home was burglarized on Friday night, though the Super Bowl winner wasn’t in his Maryland home at the time of the break-in.

Rice, whose house was robbed of $2,000 and a pair of guns, had a friend staying in his home at the time of the incident, who notified police. Surveillance video captured a person breaking in through the rear window, according to TMZ.

“My family and I are fine, which is the most important thing,” Rice said in a statement to USA Today. “This is an unfortunate incident that I am dealing with through the proper channels.”
