Alec Baldwin finally got a lesson in anger marriagement.

After years of public meltdowns, punching photographers and verbally abusing family members, the 54-year-old “30 Rock” star tied the knot Saturday evening with beautiful yoga teacher Hilaria Thomas, 28, in a traditional Catholic ceremony at St. Patrick’s Old Cathedral in Nolita. Hilaria will be taking her hubby’s last name.

Guests, including Tina Fey, Lorne Michaels, Woody Allen, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., and brothers Billy and Stephen, were texted details of the reception just hours before the nuptials.

None of the 200 guests received paper invitations to watch Baldwin and his bride walk down the aisle, where Father George Deas presided over the ceremony.

Thomas wore a silk magnolia trumpet gown by the designer Amsale, with cap sleeves and a keyhole back neckline with crystal buttons. Thomas’ mother and Baldwin’s daughter, Ireland Baldwin, also wore Amsale gowns.

Baldwin wore a tux by designer Tom Ford.

Cops started putting out barricades in front of the church on Friday, but it was not clear whether the fences were meant to keep paparazzi away from Baldwin — or keep his fists away from the shutterbugs.

Revelers, who were instructed not to buy presents, were invited to continue the party on the top floor of the Kimmel Center at NYU, Thomas and Baldwin’s alma mater. The center was decked out with dozens of white-rose arrangements and a equipped with a dance floor.

Cellphones were banned, and guests were expected to chow down on an organic wedding cake.

Baldwin’s 16-year-old daughter with ex-wife Kim Basinger, Ireland — whom the actor once infamously lambasted in a voice message as a “thoughtless little pig” — was tapped to play flower girl and walk down the aisle ahead of Thomas, her father’s second bride. Her dress was a slate silk chiffon gown with a strapless neckline and a pleated bodice.

“Hilaria Thomas and Alec Baldwin [shared] the occasion with family and friends inside the Cathedral and Alec warmly receiving congratulations from well-wishing fans on his way into the service,” said spokesman Matthew Hiltzik.

On Friday night, the happy couple hosted a rehearsal dinner at Emporio, an Italian restaurant in Nolita, where 85 relatives and close friends enjoyed buffet-style Italian food and popped champagne.

Baldwin’s zen partner seemed to already be a mellowing influence. Instead of punching a lensman waiting to snap a photo outside the eatery, Alec planted a kiss on his soon-to-be-bride.

And yesterday afternoon, hours before he was to get hitched, Baldwin took to Twitter — his usual vehicle for assaults on Starbucks baristas, airline attendants and Post columnists — to quote lines of the Emily Dickinson love poem “ ’Twas a Long Parting.”

If Thomas had wedding-day jitters, she didn’t show it, sticking to her fitness regimen, including morning workout at a Physique 57 exercise studio.

On Thursday night, the former Latin dancer hosted 12 friends at a low-key, high-health bachelorette party at Souen, a Greenwich Village macrobiotic eatery that serves brown rice, green tea — and no booze.

The odd couple met last year at the raw-food restaurant Pure Food and Wine off Union Square where Thomas and Baldwin were dining separately.

Baldwin’s family has credited Thomas, co-owner of the Yoga Vida studio near Union Square, with changing the actor’s eating habits, helping him shed 30 pounds by cutting sugar and starch.

Baldwin proposed to the Mallorcan-born yogi in April.

“He took me out to Montauk, he said that was as close as he could get to Spain and my family . . . He got down on his knee, and then I don’t remember the rest because I started crying,” she said in a TV interview.

Thomas said she helped pick out her diamond engagement ring.

“With us, we talk about everything,” she said. “We don’t have secrets.”
