Sly beats copycat rap

Sylvester Stallone scored a TKO yesterday against a writer who accused him of plagiarism.

A Manhattan federal judge tossed a suit that claimed the “Rocky” star ripped off a copyrighted screenplay for his 2008 action flick “The Expendables.”

Judge Jed Rakoff’s pretrial ruling granted summary judgment “in all respects” to Stallone and co-defendants including Lions Gate Films. Rakoff said he’d explain his reasoning “in due course.”
