LI crash beau jailed on ’08 warrant

This “crash dummy” should stick to walking.

Daniel Sajewski — the goofball whose drunken hipster girlfriend plowed his mom’s Mercedes through an elderly woman’s home last week — yesterday landed seven days in jail for a 2008 Manhattan subway bust.

After Monday’s crash, authorities realized that the uninjured Sajewski, 24, had an outstanding warrant for failing to complete community service on the old subway bust.

He was arrested on Nov. 24, 2008, at 3:45 a.m., on a D train at 145th Street and St. Nicholas, according to court documents.

Cops caught Sajewski riding outside the last train car, “yelling and screaming and behaving in a violent, tumultuous and threatening manner,” the complaint says.

Failing to do community service voided his no-jail deal, Manhattan Criminal Court Judge Rita Mella said in slapping him with the seven-day sentence.
