The kids of the Queens woman acquitted of murder after pumping 11 shots into her abusive ex-NYPD sergeant husband have penned a book that promises to tell “the bloodcurdling story” of life with their violent dad.
“In Bed With the Badge: The Barbara Sheehan Story,’’ is slated to hit bookstores next week, according to a Facebook page set up by Jennifer Sheehan Joyce and her brother, Ray Sheehan.
Billed as “this generation’s ‘Burning Bed,’ ” the siblings claim the book will detail how their late father, Raymond Sheehan, “turned wife-beating into an art form by using the very tactics he was taught in the police force.”

She said yesterday that she has not read a proof of the book, telling The Post, “I know it’s about my life, but I don’t know all that’s in it.”
