The class of 2014 at Staples HS in Westport, Conn., has 16 sets of twins — probably enough to wrest away the world record now held by another Connecticut school.
Staples parents plan to contact Guinness World Records, seeking the record for most twins in the same year at the same school.
The current record: the 13 sets of twins who graduated in 2010 from Pomperaug HS in Southbury, Conn.
