Da Silvano serves up own suit

Da Silvano’s new dish: pasta with claims.

The owner of the famed Greenwich Village restaurant, who, a scandalous lawsuit alleges, groped a parking-garage manager’s noodle has served up his own plate of accusations.

Silvano Marchetto, 65, has filed a $10 million countersuit that claims GMC garage manager Samuel Cruz was orchestrating a “shakedown” when Cruz scorched Marchetto’s reputation and business by falsely accusing him of sexual harassment in November, according to court papers.

During work hours, “Cruz engaged in repeated and ongoing attempts to ‘shake down’ garage patrons for money, advancement and personal benefit,” court papers state.

“This person parks cars, and he’s done some pretty bad things over the years,” said Marchetto spokesman Mike Paul.
