Eliot Spitzer returned as a TV host last night for the first time since his CNN show was canceled last July.
The disgraced ex-NY governor co-hosted Current TV’s “Countdown” with Bill Press in the absence of regular host Keith Olbermann, who’s battling bronchitis.
Spitzer and Press are expected to co-host again tonight, according to tvnewser.com.
Spitzer, forced to resign from office in March 2008 over his role in a prostitution scandal, was hired by CNN in 2010 to host “Parker Spitzer” with columnist Kathleen Parker.
