Herman Cain yesterday suggested the Taliban may be involved in Libya’s new government — his second fumbling remark on Libya in a week.
“Do I agree that they now have a country where you’ve got Taliban and al Qaeda that’s going to be part of the government?” said Cain, who then tried to blame a reporter for the gaffe.
There’s no evidence the Taliban are rising in Libya.
