Real Estate

Zeck, yeah!

William Lie Zeckendorf, a co-developer of 15 Central Park West and a co-owner of the brokerage firm Brown Harris Stevens, is in contract to buy a two-bedroom, 17th-floor apartment at the tony 740 Park Ave., for $27 million. The apartment is owned by Linda and Gregory Fischbach, who were tight-lipped about the deal at their Halloween party last Sunday, our spies said. They bought the place in 1994 for $6.3 million.

The unit is on a higher floor and more “done” than the pad at 927 Fifth Ave. that Zeckendorf recently bought for $29.1 million from the estate of banker Bruce Wasserstein, and then sold to hedge-funder Scott Bommer for $34.6 million.

The 10-room apartment boasts a classic “Candela” layout of huge public rooms, including a living room with two exposures, a dining room and a library.‬

Notes on Campanile

Paul Sorvino and Columbia University professor and Tibetan Buddhism expert Robert Thurman (yes, Uma’s dad) showed up at an Agent of Change event co-hosted by Prudential Douglas Elliman broker Toni Haber at the Campanile, at 450 E. 52nd St. (Greta Garbo once lived in the building.) The party took place in a 5,000-square-foot duplex with 6,000 square feet of outdoor space and a separate entrance from the rest of the building. The unit, owned by businessman Richard Winter, is on the market for $5.75 million.

We hear . . .

That Regis Philbin will make a guest appearance on tonight’s episode of “Selling New York” on HGTV, at 10:30 p.m. The retired octogenarian TV star gets some tips from Michele Kleier, of Gumley Haft Kleier, on how to sell a 16th-floor, $27.5 million, seven-bedroom pad at the Stanhope, at 995 Fifth Ave. The former “Live!” host Philbin, who owns an apartment in the city and two homes in Greenwich, Conn., still has one of his homes on the market: a 6,000-square-foot, six-bedroom estate for $3.8 million (down from its original $5.9 million asking price).

Swinging pad

Former tennis pro and current USA Network consultant Nicola Blatsiotis is renting out his condo at the Cielo, at 450 E. 83rd St. The fifth-floor unit, asking $2,750 a month — or $3,100 a month furnished — is a studio in a doorman building with a concierge, playroom, garage and gym. The Yorkville condo has 11-foot ceilings, custom closets and a washer/dryer, as well as limestone floors and a rain shower in the bathroom.

Prudential Douglas Elliman broker Victoria Shtainer has the listing.

‘All In’ Rickman

Alan Rickman, the lovable bad guy from “Die Hard” and the Harry Potter movies, is scouting for a new pad. He recently checked out an apartment at One Morton Square, where the Olsen twin sisters, Ashley and Mary-Kate, once owned a place but never moved in.

Current owners at One Morton Square include Rickman’s fellow Potter star, Daniel Radcliffe, as well as Oliver Stone, Mike Myers, Amy Poehler and hubby Will Arnett.

Rickman looked at a stunning, ninth-floor unit with an asking price of $2.59 million. It has two bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms and measures about 1,450 square feet. There are 9-foot ceilings and partial river views.
