Sushi twit’s rat special

They can tweet, but you can’t eat.

The rodent-infested East Village sushi joint shuttered by the city two weeks ago continues to post its daily specials on Twitter.

“Featured Menu Item — Seaweed Salad All Day,” Fu Sushi tweeted yesterday after failing its fourth consecutive health inspection.

“Eel Avocado Roll,” was the posted special a day earlier.

The Avenue B restaurant has yet to schedule another inspection or provide documentation that exterminators have dealt with its massive roach and rodent problems, health officials said.

As The Post reported this week, neighbors say Fu Sushi defied the Health Department by reopening even after being shuttered. Manager Sam Cheung denies breaking the rules.

The case of Fu Sushi is “unusual,” a spokeswoman for the Health Department said, because restaurants normally clean up their acts after receiving failing marks.

Instead, Fu Sushi racked up additional violations with each new inspection.
