‘Fraiser” star Kelsey Grammer’s divorce from ex-wife Camille — who starred in “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” — just got a lot uglier.
Grammer filed legal papers yesterday seeking to get their two young children away from the reality TV star.
In the papers, filed in an LA court, the sitcom star asks for joint legal custody but sole physical custody of 9-year-old daughter Mason Olivia and 6-year-old son Jude Gordon.
Camille, Grammer’s third wife, filed for divorce in July 2010, citing “irreconcilable differences.” In December, Grammer confirmed that he was engaged to his British girlfriend, Kayte Walsh, and petitioned a judge to expedite his divorce so he could marry Walsh as soon as possible.
Grammer and Walsh married in February.
Sources close to Camille told the gossip Web site TMZ that Grammer had been uncooperative in attempts to work out a custody agreement.
