We’re having a heat wave!

Maybe Staten Island Chuck was on to something when he saw his shadow last week.

New Yorkers are getting a respite today from one of the worst winters on record, with temperatures predicted to climb to 40 and the sun finally making an appearance.

While temperatures are expected to stay in the 40s tomorrow, some snow is expected tomorrow night.
