It’s a style pile on! As temperatures dip, chic New Yorkers are keeping warm by deftly layering unlikely combinations of short sleeve coats over tweed blazers, long cardigans under cropped leather coats and delicate dresses under fur vests — proving fashion needn’t be trumped by function.
