Philly wideout DeSean Jackson told reporters Monday night that the Eagles were so eager that they were “like pit bulls, ready to get out [of] the cage.”
That’s hardly the post-prison imagery a chastened Michael Vick wants associated with himself, but he appreciates the sentiment.
“I just need to continue working,” Vick said.
And if that means getting even better than Vick has been so far this season, that sound you just heard around the NFL was a shudder.
