At least 20 people were injured Monday in a 40-car pileup on a Colorado highway, KUSA-TV in Denver reported.
Interstate 25 was closed in the northbound direction while authorities responded to the collision near Larkspur, Colo., about 40 miles south of Denver.
Twenty people were transported to local hospitals following the 8:45am local time crash, the report said.
Authorities estimated 40 vehicles were involved in the collision, including five semi-trucks.
