Giants report card

OFFENSE

Eli Manning pretty much did as he pleased as he completed 21 of 32 passes for 290 yards, three TD passes — and no interceptions! He got two rushing TDs from Ahmad Bradshaw. Manning also was rarely touched despite loads of mixing and matching along the offensive line. Lone turnover was Kevin Boss fumble. A

DEFENSE

What a bunch of bullies! Overmatched Charlie Whitehurst made his NFL starting debut and was dominated. Corey Webster and Terrell Thomas had interceptions and the Seahawks’ running game was shut down. No sacks, though, as Giants played coverage rather than pressure. A

BOX SCORE

SPECIAL TEAMS

Lawrence Tynes did a good job mixing in a variety of different kickoffs to prevent Leon Washington from getting on track, other than one 57-yard return. Will Blackmon looked smooth handling kickoffs and punts and probably earned himself the job. Not much work for P Matt Dodge. A

COACHING

Interesting that the decision was made to move three players on offensive line to offset injury to center Shaun O’Hara. Hey, it worked. Tom Coughlin obviously had his club raring to go and not overlooking the depleted Seahawks. A
