A 2-year-old boy looking out the window of his grandmother’s Long Island home had a close call when a deer slammed into the glass.
The boy’s grandmother, Nancy Vasquez of Kings Park, said she heard a “blast” and thought it was a gunshot.
She said her grandson, Chase Legler, was staring out the window when the buck crashed into it. The impact broke the outer pane of the double-pane window.
No one was injured.
She said Chase, who was waiting to put on his Spider-Man Halloween costume, thought it was funny.
