PHILADELPHIA — A Philadelphia man has pleaded guilty to federal drug charges that were filed after faulty wiring caused a fire at one of his marijuana-growing operations.
Authorities said that Anthony Bui, 57, headed a marijuana-growing ring that spanned from Connecticut to Florida and that he hid his drug profits in his New Jersey fishing company.
