Staub is a slob

Danielle Staub has let her housekeeping duties slide.

According to the real estate agent who listed her Wayne, NJ house on the market, the controversial “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star has allowed her property to turn into an eyesore.

“I’ve had neighbors call, irate as anybody would be, to have a house [nearby] that’s neglected like this,” Coldwell Banker agent Bob Lindsay told celebritymagnet.com.

Lindsay is the court-appointed agent who’s been trying to sell Staub’s 6,200-square-foot property since February, as part of her ongoing divorce proceedings.

Staub has also refused to give Lindsay the keys to the house — so that it can be shown to prospective buyers — despite vacating it in early September. (Staub has since moved to Edgewater with her daughters.)

Back then, Lindsay said, Staub’s ex-husband “told me she still had some personal effects remaining and he wanted to make arrangements with her to have a landscaping cleanup done and have a cleaning crew come in, [which] she evidently refused.”

Previously on the market for $1.5 million last year, the seven bedroom and six bathroom house is now expected to fetch about $400,000 less.

“It’s an impressive house,” Lindsay said, “[But] it’s dated and needs quite a few updates . . . from what you can see outside, it’s continued to deteriorate, so I’m concerned about what the inside will [look like].”

When reached for comment, a representative for Staub said, “Frankly, I’m surprised that he would put up a YouTube video like this when his clients have an expectation of privacy. It’s just not professional.”
