New sex-rap judge for LT

A new judge will hear the sex-assault case against football Giant Hall of Famer Lawrence Taylor.

State Supreme Court Justice William Kelly was assigned to the case after Rockland County Court Judge William Nelson recused himself, though it’s not clear why, the Journal News reported yesterday.

The former all-pro linebacker — who long battled substance abuse — is accused of paying $300 to have sex with a 16-year-old Bronx runaway in an upstate hotel room.

Taylor lawyer Arthur Aidala said he didn’t know why Nelson was off the case, but that Kelly “has the experience and expertise to ensure that justice is served.”
