Drivers in Stevens Point, Wis., must have thought they were on the road to romance.

A hacker tampered with a digital construction sign to make it flash: “Danger Danger, High Voltage, When We Touch, When We Kiss.”

The words are from the song “Danger! High Voltage,” by the Detroit-based rock band Electric Six.

This thief was no match for a nun.

Sister Lynn Rettinger, the principal of Pittsburgh’s Sacred Heart Elementary School, didn’t even have to break out a ruler for a man who reached into an open car window and stole a wallet.

She just went outside and firmly told the thief, “You need to give me what you have.”

He returned the wallet and even apologized.

Rettinger said she just used the same tone of voice she reserves for kids who know they’ve done something wrong.
