Charges today on Jacko doc

Michael Jackson’s doctor will be allowed to quietly surrender today on a charge of manslaughter — disappointing relatives of the King of Pop, who wanted a public spectacle so his kids could see the alleged pill-pusher in handcuffs, sources said.

LA prosecutors told Jackson’s family yesterday that Dr. Conrad Murray — who was with Jacko when he died last summer — will walk into an undisclosed police station or courthouse with his lawyer to be arrested.

Murray has admitted giving Jackson surgical-grade sleep medications, but insisted the drugs shouldn’t have been lethal.
