Massive fire erupts in the Bronx

A fire in a row of stores on East 204th Street and Perry Avenue in The Bronx is under control.

Giant flames and massive plumes of smoke could be seen coming from several buildings in the Norwood section of the borough. No injuries were reported.

More than 150 firefighters battled the flames for more than three hours.

FDNY officials say the fire broke out at around 4:30 a.m. The flames started in either one of three stores including a dentist office, diner or grocery store.
