‘Killer’ mom goes to wake

A Brooklyn mother charged in the beating death of her 4-year-old son was allowed to leave jail yesterday to attend a private wake for the boy.

Armed guards accompanied Myrna Chen Phang, 25, from Rikers Island to the Robeson and Brown Funeral Home in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn, where she viewed the battered body of little Jayden Lenescar, sources said.

The highly unusual trip — which the Department of Correction said is “provided under state law” — came on the same day that a vote on whether to indict Chen Phang and her boyfriend, Steven Dadaille, 26, for murder was postponed.

Chen Phang and Dadaille are accused of brutally pummeling the boy over the course of two days.
