Veteran actress/comedienne Irene Stokes — affectionately known as “Irene” — has cor ralled A-listers Jamie Foxx, Tisha Campbell and Raven- Symone, among others, for her new show, “Irene Cooking With the Stars,” which launched on the Web (irene cookingwiththestars.com) yesterday as a run-up to its TV premiere early next year (network TBA). Her new book, “Irene’s Kitchen,” is out Sept. 28.

Irene’s show mixes interviews with cooking, with Irene visiting the stars in their homes and hosting them on a soundstage.

“I know Jamie from way back,” says Irene. “We did comedy together. He gave us some recipes and it’s the same with Tisha, who cooked her own recipes. And Raven- Symone was just a doll.”

Irene says her book will include poetry, photographs and her [low-carb] recipes culled from 50 years in the kitchen.
