The SoHo building where “Dark Knight” star Heath Ledger fatally overdosed in 2008 reportedly has been sold in a foreclosure auction for $15 million.
Donald Burns, whose Palm Beach Mortgage Management is the main lender to the building at 421 Broome St., offered the winning bid through his lawyer, therealdeal.com reported yesterday.
Ledger was renting an apartment for $23,000 a month when he was found dead there.
