SHE’S out of fifth grade now, but that didn’t stop the producers of “Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader?” from inviting Malia Obama to be on the show next season.
Malia, who is 10, was asked if she’d like to be one of the kids who sit in the classroom on the quiz show, according to reports.
But her parents, the President and First Lady Michelle Obama, have said no.
“Unfortunately,” the producers said yesterday in a prepared statement, “Malia politely declined the invitation as it interfered with her school schedule.”
Malia, incidentally, will be entering 6th grade next year.
