MAN OF SPIEL REARRESTED

Look, up in the sky! It’s a bird — a jailbird!

Superman — whose alter-ego is not-so-mild-mannered street artist Maksim Katsnelson — was busted Tuesday night in Columbus Circle, where his never-ending battle for truth, justice and the American way had led him to launch a one-man protest against Donald Trump.

As part of his protest, he lay down on the sidewalk in front of the Trump International Hotel. When cops ordered him to move, prosecutors said, he refused, saying, “I’m just tired. I’m not going anywhere.”

His lawyer, Jacqueline Samuels, said he tried to run when cops moved in to arrest him, and ended up pepper-sprayed and with a swollen left eye.

Katsnelson, 23, was still in costume at the court hearing, and at one point struck an iconic Superman pose in front of Judge Alvin Yearwood, standing with his fist on his hips. Yearwood noted that the Bronx man was arrested just last week after getting into a scuffle with a Batman poseur and cops in Times Square, and set $1,000 bail.
