He couldn’t take no for an answer, so when a Bronx woman refused to dance with a man in a club, he slugged her, she says in a lawsuit.
Brittany Ortega, 20, is suing the popular Sofa Lounge in the Bronx, where she was allegedly attacked by Manuel Colon, 22, last October after repeatedly turning down his overtures.
Colon was charged with assault and harassment, according to court papers. He has pleaded not guilty and is out on $1,000 bail, officials said.
Lawyers for the Sofa Lounge — once known as Jimmy’s Bronx Café — could not be reached for comment.
