FAMILY GUY, Sunday, 9 p.m., Fox

Stewie’s ‘roid rage – After getting his bottom kicked by neighbor Joe’s newborn daughter, football-headed toddler Stewie starts hitting the gym. When he develops a Hulk-ed-out physique, dad Peter drops a bombshell about how Stewie came by his rippling pecs and six-pack. (Hint: It rhymes with “hemorrhoids.”) Listen up for guest vocal talent from the likes of Wentworth Miller (“Prison Break”), Chace Crawford (“Gossip Girl”), Chazz Palminteri, Jennifer Tilly, Paul Sorvino and Gary Cole.

GOSSIP GIRL, Monday, 8 p.m., CW

‘Gossip’ nemesis returns – Last season, scheming Georgina (Michelle Trachtenberg) made Serena (Blake Lively) and Dan’s (Penn Badgley) lives hell — until Blair (Leighton Meester) showed her who was truly “the crazy bitch around” town, by getting her packed off to a boot camp for bad girls. Now, Georgina’s back on the Upper East Side, having undergone a “major transformation.” Whatever. Meanwhile, Chuck (Ed Westwick) and Nate (Chace Crawford) are in danger of a bromance breakup over their mutual affection for Blair, and Serena’s distressed over her complicated relationship with Gabriel (Armie Hammer).

NCIS, Tuesday, 8 p.m., CBS

‘NCIS’ newbies – It’s the moment that you’ve all been waiting for: the long-rumored episode featuring Chris O’Donnell (“Grey’s Anatomy’s” McVet) and LL COOL J, which could to their spin-off series. Although CBS isn’t confirming the spin-off until its May 20 upfront presentation, the duo is being introduced as being part of the Los Angeles-based NCIS Office of Special Projects team — alongside Louise Lombard, Peter Cambor and Daniela Ruah. In the first of the two-part episode, Jethro Gibbs (Mark Harmon) and Timothy McGee (Sean Murray) head to L.A. on a case involving a dead Marine and national security. Back in DC, Tony DiNozzo (Michael Weatherly) starts snooping into Ziva David’s (Cote de Pablo) personal life. More than he usually does, that is.

CSI: NY, Wednesday, 10 p.m., CBS

‘CSI: NY’ on the clock – The New York CSI team gets called in to investigate the murder of an appraiser at the city’s most exclusive jewelry auction of the year. Emotions run high when the case leads Mac Taylor (Gary Sinise) and the other CSIs back to the Holocaust. Edward Asner guest stars as Abraham Klein, a clockmaker with a secret past.

THE UNUSUALS, Wednesday, 10 p.m., ABC

Pawn shop blues – Cash flow issues and a looming eviction force Det. Beaumont (Monique Gabriela Curnen) to a pawn shop. While she’s there hocking some jewelry, the shop gets knocked over by a guy and gal, who take the watch that Beaumont borrowed from Det. Walsh (Jeremy Renner). ” When it’s discovered that the woman from the pawn shop theft also robbed a wedding store — but, with a different man — Detectives Shraeger (Amber Tamblyn) and Walsh go a-hunting. Beaumont desperately tries to find the woman herself, so that she can hide the extent of her financial woes from her squad mates.

GREY’S ANATOMY, Thursday, 9 p.m., ABC

Mom meddles with ‘Anatomy’ – As Izzie (Katherine Heigl) continues to take her mind off her death sentence by planning Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) and Derek’s (Patrick Dempsey) wedding, she gets a surprise — totally unwelcome — visit from her overbearing mom, Robbie (guest star Sharon Lawrence). Meredith and sister Lexie (Chyler Leigh) also get a visit from their dad, newly sober Tatcher (Jeff Perry), who’s trying to make amends. In hospital news, the Chief (James Pickens, Jr.) and Meredith duke it out over a controversial medical case.

SOUTHLAND, Thursday, 10 p.m., NBC

‘Southland’ flash and bang – Det. Salinger (Michael McGrady) has a big problem on his hands when he gets into a car accident that results in gang members stealing his police-issue gun. Det. Moretta (Kevin Alejandro) reluctantly agrees to help his boss, Salinger, and partner Det. Bryant (Shawn Hatosy) find the perps — and the missing weapon — without making an official report. On her way home, Det. Adams (Regina King), who’s thinking about her personal life, gets caught off guard when a man exposes himself to her.

ASHES TO ASHES, Saturday, 9 p.m., BBC America

‘Ashes’ two – It’s a new year — 1982 — on the second season premiere of the ‘Life on Mars’ spin-off, but it’s not a new start for Detective Inspector Alex Drake (Keeley Hawes), a trained psychologist from the 21st century. Detective Chief Inspector Gene Hunt (Philip Glenister) leads Alex and the boys at London’s Metropolitan Police on an investigation involving a dead man found in a Soho strip joint. It looks like a sex game gone wrong, but Alex also fears that someone else in 1982 knows her deep, dark secret: that she’s actually from 2008.
