Patrick Swayze checked into a Los Angeles hospital for treatment of pneumonia yesterday, just hours before he was to meet the press to promote his new TV series, “The Beast.”
The 56-year-old actor, who is receiving radiation treatment for pancreatic cancer, told Barbara Walters earlier this week that he was “going through hell.”
