‘CAT TAKES LIKING TO CARDS & VIKINGS

The winner of multiple major handicapping championships against world-class competition, The Wildcat returns. Including the 1997-2007 seasons in The Post, Cat’s 13-year-record in print stands at 354-295 (54.5 percent) against the spread.

TOMORROW

CARDINALS (+2) over Falcons: ‘Zona’s been badmouthed all season, after remainder of NFC West was non-competitive. But Cards went 0-5 in Eastern Time Zone, 9-2 everywhere else, losing only to the Giants and Vikings at home (the latter, after clinching). Balanced Falcon “O” impressive, but defense doesn’t often turn foes over, leaving door wide open for Kurt Warner, Edgerrin James and fabulous possession receivers. Cards fly more swiftly (+2), for one unit.

SUNDAY

VIKINGS (+3) over Eagles: Both sides remained under pressure through regular season’s end, and Philly received miraculous help to make superlative effort against Cowboys meaningful. Minny’s been brought along carefully by Brad Childress (who used to work for Andy Reid; advantage, Vikes!) and their best seasonal efforts might lay just ahead. Virtually certain we can’t say same about Eagles, who’ll be hard-pressed to reproduce last week’s form. Childress knows Reid will be pass-happy, and Purple defense will be on the alert. Vikings (+3) advance, for one unit.

LAST WEEK: 0-4 (minus four units). Dallas again fails to fire in homestretch (Cowboys, minus one unit). High winds doomed proposition, from start (Patriots/Bills over, minus one unit). Tennessee rested on laurels (Titans, minus one unit). Gophers failed to maintain early TD lead (Minnesota, minus one unit).

SEASON: 18-22-1(minus four units).
