The Long Island man who drove a fake missile labeled “Viagra” into Manhattan will have to take his medicine.
Judge William Pauley issued a permanent injunction barring Arye Sachs from using the Pfizer Inc. trademark if he decides to display his toy again.
Last month, Sachs towed his creation, emblazoned with “Viva Viagra,” around Manhattan, passing Pfizer’s world headquarters.
He also took the faux military hardware to the EXXOTICA sex convention in New Jersey.
Sachs called Pauley’s ruling “the first shot that was fired in a long battle to come.”
