The judges’ ridiculous decision in “Home Street Home” (July 9) does have one positive aspect: With a stroke of the pen, the Appellate Division has done away with homelessness.
If the streets can be considered your primary residence, every homeless person in the city just got a home.
What an awful decision to exploit a loophole in the rent laws, which say your rent-stabilized apartment must be your primary residence.

It’s a sad day in New York when a judge kicks a mentally ill man out of his apartment and The Post calls him a “bum” to boot.
If we were really a decent society, we’d restore his rights to his apartment and make the landlord fix his ceiling and refrigerator.
