TWO MANY COOKS

IT’S out of the frying pan and into the finale for the last two chefs on “Hell’s Kitchen.”

The decision next week is down to Louis Petrozza, 47, a catering chef from North Carolina, and Christina Machamer, 25, a culinary student from St. Louis.

Born in Brooklyn and raised in Bohemia, LI, Petrozza moved south 20 years ago.

Entertainment Weekly called him “the most redeeming character on reality TV in a year.”

He lost his catering job when he went on the show. (He now works as a sous chef at Winthrop University in South Carolina.)

Christina meanwhile was just 16 and still in high school when she started working at the local Red Lobster.

“I’m extremely proud of her,” gushes her father, Richard. “She’s worked very, very, very hard all throughout her life.”

After graduating from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, she watched the show “religiously” but was reluctant to try out until this year.
