Abraham Rodriguez, (“The Boy Without a Flag,” “Spidertown,”) is back with his fourth novel, “South by South Bronx.” In it, Rodriguez explores terrorism, love, crime, drugs, the FBI, the CIA and race relations all against the backdrop of one of the most beguiling locales in the world, the Boogie Down. Rodriguez, who was born in The Bronx and lives in Berlin, is back in the Big Apple and scheduled to read from his latest at various locations.
