It’s getting’ ‘Ugly’ “Ugly Betty” star Vanessa Williams will be the featured performer at this year’s Golden Mike Awards, held Feb. 25 at the Waldorf and hosted by Tom Bergeron (“Dancing With the Stars”).

Ratings:

* Animal Planet’s “Puppy Bowl IV” averaged 1.1 million viewers Sunday (3-6 p.m.) – up 35 percent from last year.

* NBC’s Brian Williams won last week (9.7 million viewers), tying ABC’s Char lie Gibson in adults 25-54.

* Disney Channel’s “Phi neas and Ferb” premiered last Friday as the top-rated animated series among Tweens 9-14 in cable history.

* “Judge Judy“: Season high 5.6 the week of Jan. 21.

Last, but not least: * SNY goes live today at 1 for the press conference in troducing new Mets ace Johan Santana.

* Flavor Flav will headline a MyNetworkTV sitcom, “Under One Roof,” premier ing this spring – playing an ex-con who moves in with his rich, conservative brother.

* It’s interesting to note that Barry Morse, who passed away Saturday, appeared as Lt. Gerard in only 37 of the 120 episodes of “The Fugitive” (1963-67). It’s the role most people remember him by – the mark of a terrificactor.
